Last month, I ordered a pair of 39 because there were more my size promo, and 20 euro instead of 30, it was too tempting. After the soles have been received, I cut and I made myself a pair of 38, they are cut super well. For washing, I use marseille soap, so I'm sure not the worse. For sweating : contrary to what is said in a previous comment, I do not find that these insoles promotes sweating, but it does the limit not more. These insoles cushion but have nothing against sweating. What I want to say is that in summer as in winter, if I put shoes in which I don't sweat, I'm not going to sweat with these insoles. However, if I put shoes in which I sweat usual, ben, I'm going to sweat. It should be noted that the material of the socks also plays (personally, the ones with the nylon or too much cotton make me sweat while socks cotton/polyester does not make me sweat). very comfortable but wear quite large and are quite thick, are very insulating, but I can't consider that to fit into larger shoes than my size of feet.
